Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement
Reach the arms up as you rise back up

Use a shallow knee bend and keep the arms lower. Choose a smaller range rather than trying to reach the demonstration’s lowest point.
Dropping quickly into the bottom and using momentum to stand. Reduce the depth until both directions are controlled.
The app assigns 30 seconds to Grounding Squat Flow. Use that as a time block, with pauses whenever you need them. Move at the demonstration’s controlled pace; the timer is not a repetition target. Watch the full movement once before following along.
