How we get this numberBend your left leg and straighten your right.
Reach your left hand toward your right foot by twisting your torso to the right and extending your right arm behind you.
Keep your shoulders relaxed and let the movement come from the middle of your body rather than your neck.
Seated Twist Reach Right straightens the right leg and reaches the left hand toward that foot while the other arm opens behind. It combines a leg extension, forward reach, and rightward torso turn.
Extend the leg partway and reach toward the right thigh rather than the foot.
Turning mainly through the neck to enlarge the reach. Keep the head comfortable and reduce the torso range.
The app assigns 30 seconds to Seated Twist Reach Right. Use that as a time block, with pauses whenever you need them. Move at the demonstration’s controlled pace; the timer is not a repetition target. Watch the full movement once before following along.
