How we get this numberStand with the feet wide and the knees slightly bent
Keep the arms extended, shoulder-width apart
Shift your weight into the left leg as you inhale, rotating slightly and sweeping both arms up to the left
Reach the arms overhead
Shift your weight to the right leg as you exhale, gently rotating and lowering the arms down to the right
Standing Waist Twist Left begins with the arms sweeping upward to the left as the weight transfers. The hands then lower toward the right. Follow the change of direction with a small torso turn and keep the knees softly bent throughout.
Use a lower arm arc, a smaller turn, and a shallow knee bend.
Keeping the weight fixed while forcing a large shoulder turn. Reduce the arc and coordinate the transfer.
