How we get this numberStep the right foot forward into a lunge stance
Keep torso upright
As you inhale, circle the fully extended arms around the body
Maintain balance and controlled breathing
Blend Circles combines a forward lunge stance with a circular arm path. Begin with the right foot forward and settle the stance before moving the arms. Keep the feet in place while the hands travel around the body.
Shorten the stance and reduce the arm circle. Watch the full demonstration before adding both parts together.
Letting a large arm sweep pull the body out of its stance. Make the circle smaller.
The app assigns 30 seconds to Blend Circles. Use that as a time block, with pauses whenever you need them. Move at the demonstration’s controlled pace; the timer is not a repetition target. Watch the full movement once before following along.
You will find this movement in Gentle Morning Warm-Up, at step 7 of 12. It first appears on day 2 of the Standing Beginner 30-Day Plan. The day count below follows the extended version; shorter days can use fewer movements.
