How we get this numberStand in a lunge stance with the knees bent
Hold arms in front with fists relaxed
Punch forward with one arm while pulling the other back
Switch sides smoothly and stay grounded
Easy Punch Flow alternates a forward punch and a backward arm pull from a bent-knee lunge stance. The fists stay relaxed. It is a coordinated arm pattern rather than a striking-speed or impact exercise.
Shorten the stance and the reach. Use a shallow bend that lets you keep the torso upright.
Snapping the elbow straight at the end of a punch. Slow the extension and keep a soft endpoint.
The app assigns 30 seconds to Easy Punch Flow. Use that as a time block, with pauses whenever you need them. Move at the demonstration’s controlled pace; the timer is not a repetition target. Watch the full movement once before following along.
