How we get this numberStand with the feet staggered and the knees bent in a slight lunge
Bring one hand near the waist
Punch one arm forward with an open palm
Make a fist as you pull the arm back
Switch sides with control
Standing Fierce Punch uses a staggered stance, an open-palm forward extension, and a fist on the return. Press forward smoothly, draw the hand back, and reset before changing sides. Keep a soft elbow at the end of the reach.
Shorten the stance and reach, using only a comfortable knee bend.
Snapping the elbow straight at the end of the press. Stop short of a locked elbow and slow the return.
The app assigns 30 seconds to Standing Fierce Punch. Use that as a time block, with pauses whenever you need them. Move at the demonstration’s controlled pace; the timer is not a repetition target. Watch the full movement once before following along.
