How we get this numberStand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees soft
Stack the arms in front of the body, keeping the wrists and arms soft
Face the top palm down and the bottom palm up
Shift weight and rotate torso to one side, guiding arms
Move smoothly side to side and return to center
Floating Cloud Hands coordinates a weight shift, a torso turn, and two softly stacked arms. One palm faces down and the other faces up. Keep the feet planted while the hands and weight change sides together through a small, continuous arc.
Use a small side-to-side range. Learn the arm position first, then add the weight shift.
Moving the hands quickly while the weight stays fixed. Slow the hands down until the whole pattern changes sides together.
The app assigns 30 seconds to Floating Cloud Hands. Use that as a time block, with pauses whenever you need them. Move at the demonstration’s controlled pace; the timer is not a repetition target. Watch the full movement once before following along.
