Keep the movement light and relaxed to wake up the legs and improve coordination.
Foot Taps In And Out moves the feet from a narrower position to a wider one and back while the hands rest on the lap. The task is a light, even foot-placement rhythm rather than a large reach with the legs.
Tap a smaller distance outward and slow the rhythm so each placement is deliberate.
Dragging the feet far enough to rock the chair or torso. Shorten the step and keep the movement light.
