How we get this numberStand tall with feet grounded
As you exhale carefully turn the head to one side, while extending the arms out to the side
Inhale as you return the head to neutral position and arms in front of the thighs
Continue, alternating sides
Owl Neck Turn pairs a careful head turn with arms extending to the sides, then returns the head to neutral as the arms come forward. The head movement should remain comfortable even when the arms are active.
Reduce both the head turn and arm opening, or rehearse them separately.
Letting the hands pull the head into a larger turn. Keep the neck range independent of the arm reach.
