How we get this numberStand with the feet hip width-distance apart
As you inhale, reach the right arm over head, while the left arm tucks behind the lower back
Gently lean the torso towards the left
On the exhale, extend the left arm overhead and tuck the right one behind, while carefully leaning the torso to the right
Reach for Stars alternates an overhead arm reach and a gentle sideways lean, with the other hand behind the lower back. Notice the return through an upright center before changing sides.
Keep the lower hand at the hip rather than behind the back, and use a short overhead reach.
Collapsing sideways to reach farther. Keep the bend small enough to return upright smoothly.
The app assigns 30 seconds to Reach for Stars. Use that as a time block, with pauses whenever you need them. Move at the demonstration’s controlled pace; the timer is not a repetition target. Watch the full movement once before following along.
