Walk And Kick combines marching steps with a light forward kick. You can rehearse the march in place before adding travel. Keep the kick low enough to place the foot down gently and continue the stepping rhythm without a hurried recovery.
March in place and use a low forward foot extension. Learn the march without kicks first.
Adding a high kick that interrupts the stepping rhythm. Lower the extension and reset your stance.
